has anyone else experienced this before:

i have several scheduled reports that have been running fine for months. the scheduled time for this reports "was" 8.30 am. for unknown reasons all scheduled reports are now running from an hour to an hour and a half later.

i defenetely haven't changed the scheduled times myself as this would take several hours for all reports. is there any reason/bug why this problem has happened?

thank you
running BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.0

Has the PENDING time actually changed in the HISTORY - or are the SUCCESS instances just ending later?

If the reports are still PENDING for 8:30 AM, but Results aren't showing-up until 10:00 AM - you might have a big report that is bogging-down the ReportJobServer.

How long do the RPTs run...?

You might also check with the DBA and see if any new non-Crystal jobs are running.

thanks for the replies so far

the time has changed on the recurring instances under the history tab. ie: if you click on the recurring the instance properties show the "Next Run Time: ... 09:35:18" instead of 08:30

any of the reports if run manually only take a couple of minutes.

but what i can't understand is how can a time chenge within the recurring scheduled instance!

kskid, i am unfortunately/fortunately managing the db and we do have some new ms sql server jobs running, however not looking at the same time.

nevertheless, why would businessobjects change the time on user defined schedules?

thanks again

Was the recurring SCHEDULED instance set to Daily at 8:30 AM, or every 24 hours?

The 24 hour rule would slide the time based on the last time a report started, whereas the Daily at 8:30 AM - would always run at a specific time.
