Hi,
I am using MSM Console on Windows 2000 A Server, and I have scheduled task to call a batch file to shut down the console and perform a backup. When this happens though the batch file runs and should then restart the MSM application in the DOS window of the batch file.
MSM is a DOS Console Application.
If you have not heard of it then it does not matter. The problem is that the batch file runs but does not appear on the task bar. Has anyone every seen this before because I need the app to run in the foregroud. I am currenty using 'start' before the app name but I need to why it happens. PS it is not on all my servers just some.
Cheers
