I am trying to build a vb app that will allow the user to run a scheduled task. The task is a stored procedure which is working fine. I also have the option to run the stored procedure on command which is working fine. I have never worked with scheduled task and am not quite sure how to go about it. I know how to set my text boxes to compare with the system time and date just not sure what to do with it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

If you are using SQL Server, you can create a job from your VB application using SQL-DMO. SQL-DMO is an activeX interface to SQL Server which allows you to define all sorts of things in SQL Server.

For information about this, look up SQL-DMO in books online for SQL Server.
