Scheduled task and com+ password problem - have to retype the password

hi,
i have a problem on a w2k server, that is a member of a windows 2000 domain.

this server runs some com+ apps, and every so often the com+ object fails to start due to an identity problem.
i have to go in and retype the password then it works for a bit.

same problem with scheduled tasks!
i think it is the domain security policy being applied that messes it up cos it is about every 16 hours that the problem occurs..

any ideas!

Hi Nick, I am having very similar problems. I have 2 scheduled tasks and neither work unless I reset the password. Once reset it works okay for a while but then fails the next scheduled time it runs.

Did you find a fix to it?
