Scheduled Service 1

Hi Guys,

Having a couple of issues with scheduled services, if anyone can shed some light that would be great.

1. Ringing service- When in night or evening mode the control DN continues to ring as well as the ring group. Control DN is not a member of the ring group and has been removed from the extra dial in the service options.

2. Schedule 6- Set to auto for routing service, thhis display on the control DN constantly. Any way to remove this ?

1. The only DN that should be in the ring group is the VM DN. Make sure your using something other than group 1 because group 1 has default settings.

2. Simply put, no. You could put another phone in the switch room somewhere and set that for the routing service.

In reference to your points

1. I dont want VM to pick up at all. I want it to ring two alternative extensions and be able to be picked up using F800. I am using RG 1 and 2. What are the default setting for RG 1 that you mentioned, wasn't aware of them

2 . Would chaging the control DN setting of each set to a soft client do the trick ?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
