We had installed CE 9.0 Pro and had a number of reports set up for scheduling and automatic e-mail export as a *.pdf file. When downloading a hot-fix (that broke the system), the reports would no longer export as *.pdf but would be sent as *.rpt files. We then loaded all of the latest service packs, hot-fixes, etc. with no luck. The error we're getting is:

We've rebooted the server, replaced the backup dll's with no luck. No support found from Crystal to resolve this problem and we're about to uninstall then re-install. Was hoping for some inspiration before we get to that point so any help is greatly appreciated. The report exports fine in all other formats except *.pdf
