Scheduled Picture

The scheduled picture does not seem to be working for me.

If I put a "before/after" image it shows that but not the scheduled image at the correct time. It shows the scheduled image once then I can't get it to do it again.

I am checking the time difference between my computer and my server. I did make sure that I have the date and time set correctly...
Any ideas?
