Kind of depends how comfortable you feel with the exam. In this forum there are several url's for free practice tests online.
That will at least give you a sense of your overall knowledge.

If you're comfortable with the concepts that CompTIA wants you to know, as well as the definitions, acronyms, and OSI model layers that you've studied, you'll probably do fine.
A friend of mine took the new Network+ beta exam just before it went live. He didn't study for more than an hour and passed it without any trouble.
Unfortunately, CompTIA only provides pass/fail scores for beta exams, or did at the time.
