Scheduled jobs does not run on Networker 5.5.1

I ran the latest patch on my Legato server and clients. Now, my schedule jobs on the NSR server does not run. If I disable manual backups, my schedule jobs on the NSR server runs, but the crons on my Sybase, and Oracle server does not.

If is enable manual backups, the crons run, but the server schedule jobs does not.

WHAT IS GOING ON? HELP....
