Scenario: Withing Crystal Enterprise 10, a job exists and is scheduled automatically via the calendar. It generates several reports, all created using Crystal Reports 10.
Problem: Sometimes, not always, the job runs "sucessfully" as all the individual reports within that job run "sucessfully". At other times, the exact same job, again running automatically via the calendar, might "fail" due to one or more reports failing to generate. If you run the job again, either a few minutes or hours later, it may work fine this time OR the job may "fail" again, but this time, a different report may fail, even though that same report ran fine earlier. No changes.
Looking at the error message shown on Crystal Enterprise, one or more of the failed reports say "Component failed to run due to a Object Package scheduling failure." and other reports say "Information is needed before this report can be processed. "
Any idea as to what may cause this problem?
Thanks
