Scheduled jobs and backups

Hello, I'm runing an auditory on a AS/400 server, addressing the area of automated jobs and backups; my problem is that the system administrator complains of how difficult is to get the logs of execution that I asked for (10 different days distribuited a long the year).

He explained that he needs to look for them one by one and print an screen showing the data I asked for.

Isn't there a report or something similar he could run to get logs of the needed dates?

He could create a physical file, then copy from spool file(s) into that PF using CPYFRMSPLF, then query the PF for the values you're looking for.

If he's going through the history logs, audit journals, etc. then it's not as simple.
