Hi - I am so confused, I hope someone can help me understand the sea of Crystal products. I have Crystal Reports 8.0. I want to be able to set up reports that will automatically execute and be emailed to a few people on a daily basis. I've talked to numerous people at Business Objects / Crystal and the confusion just seems to swirl. I know that Crystal Enterprise - for $20,000 could do it, but we're a 10-person company and don't have that kind of money. Someone told me about Seagate Info 7, but I'm told that's out of production. But I also was told that if I buy a new copy of Crystal Reports, it would have Crystal Enterprise bundled in it. I'm assuming it wouldn't be for $20 grand. Can anyone help me understand how this all works?? Thanks.

Hi. Yeah, Crystal recently started packaging a 5 user license version of Crystal Enterprise with the Crystal Reports 9 upgrade. That should work fine for you - depending on security I suppose (10>5). Oh, the upgrade is only USD 300 or so, definetly not $20K!

FWIW, they had a similar bundle for CR 8.5.
