Scheduled DTS takes forever to run

Hi there,

I have a DTS that executes a VB executable that resides on my SQL Server. When I run the DTS on the Server no problem but when I schedule it and it executes it takes hours to run, shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. I have no idea why. Please can anyone help.
