I have an Avaya IP Office 11.0.4.1.0 build 11 with a couple of digital extensions. A long time ago I programmed a button to forward calls using Twining (calls are forwarded to cell phone). Recently, I was asked to put forwarding on a schedule. The only way I saw to do this was under mobility "Twining Time Profile".
After setting up a time profile, I added it to the mobility tab and left the button programed so they had a visual sign forwarding was on. Everything seem to be working great, except every so often I would get a report that the calls did not forward. I finally stumbled across what is going on and need to know if I should do something differently.
What I have discovered is this; Forwarding is scheduled for 9:00pm. If someone uses the button before that time to setup forwarding, the button reminds lit indicating the calls are forwarded. The problem is, the calls are not being forwarded. IF I hit the button, the light will go out and I can then hit it again and setup forwarding.
I really need an indication that calls are forwarded and don't see another way to do this.
