I looked in scheduled task and saw that there is only one backup task scheduled for daily shadow copy valume back up. Instead of volume name it has big id like {12jweroi324rkjqwerdbkfuhf} How can I figure out which drive is it backing up ? When I browsed the tape it is backing the data on had multiple drives backed up on it ? is there any place else other than schedule task where I should look for scheduled back ups ?

oops ! I forgot to mention that I am running win2003 server.

I figured out how to get GUID of a volume. use mountvol command in command propmt. May be everybody already knows it but I didn't so i thought of posting it.

I examined server for third party backup softwares and found one "Veritas" that one does not have any back up jobs scheduled either. I can't figiure it out and I am not getting any help from you guys. I am gonna look like an idiot to my boss, which I am, atleast in windows admin. but I dont wanna show it to my boss.
