I'm trying to create a report off the SQL "back-end" of GM. I thought the call logs were in the Calendar table. It's confusing me though. Is there somewhere I can get a "list" of where the info in GM is stored? I need the total number of calls "scheduled" by userid and the total number of calls "closed" by userid for a week by week report.....

Hi,
Theres a data map on in the downloads section. The programmers guide (also available there) gives a more indepth view as well.
The Calls that are outstanding are held in CAL, the calls that have been done are in the CONTHIST. Look for SRECTYPE='C'
