Schedule wont work Sym 4.2 1

Symposium Call Center Server
Version: 04.02.06
SU11 on Server and Client.
Windows 2000 SP4

The problem is that when a schedule report is activ from client pc and error like this is coming.

Client xxx, Report ID 241 returned Clnt/Srv communication error (11001 ) when running Sched Reports.

Code 46213.

Also have sat the Laptop directly to the Symposium server and got the same error

Client xxx, Report ID 261 returned Clnt/Srv communication error (45320 ) when running Sched Reports.

Code 46213.

the schudule is incomplete or in conflict, take it out put it back in with all data verified. it may just be a acd-dn incorrect or somthing transposed in a single field.

Is your DNS information config'd in the server, and is it accurate? That is behind most of these schedule errors.
 
fyi i read the post to say some reports don't work, a bad dns server entry would be all if i remember the school days right. we are getting one here but haven't installed one since rls 1.5 and it was a 1.0 when we started

Hmm there is no bad DNS Entry, that have been verified by vendor and and Sysadm.

A DNS request from the server to the Client PC DNS Name was okay.

Like I said before, to verified that is not have been an issue like DNS and something like the firewall, a laptop have been sad directly to the symposium server on the Ethernet card and installed client software, and here the same error appeared, like that from the domain ip range.

So maybe It could be a settings some where that is not correctly or is missing and we cant see it.

So I hope some one have in time maybe got the same problem at solved it.
