Schedule to printer problem

Dear All

We are running Info 7.5 over Citrix Metaframe. When users schedule reports to a printer, it fails with the message:
Info Server cannot access the specified printer
Info is installed on a separate server to metaframe, and it is the Metaframe list of printers that is called when users select the destination as printer and then hit the choose printer button.
If type in the path of the print server and the name of the shared printer (eg. \\kuk8\office_colour) instead of selecting from the Metaframe list, the report prints ok. Done this way, users have no properties control over the printer though.....
Any ideas?

Solved this eventually.

Each report server has to have the full list of printers installed on it for the APS to call upon. The user can type in the printer name and hey presto!
