Schedule to FileSystem in a Linux environment

Hi all,
I have BOE XI 3.1 on a RedHat Linux system.
I'd like to be able to schedule a report instance to go to a particular folder on my Linux system.
When I try to set the destination folder to /home/bobje and the file name to MyTest.pdf my schedule fails with the message "destination directory error. [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]: [cannot rexec cp]"
I have the username and password set for the 'bobje' user
Any ideas?
