Schedule tasks without interupt of non working time???

I have a job for two resources with differend workregime! How can i demand the jobs to schedule within there working time without interupt of non-working time or the non working time of the other resource.

example:

resourcekalender a = 24/24h work = 5h
resourcekalender b = 6-->22h work = 3h

job = start to start

leveled start-time = 21h

--> problem = resource b ends the next day 8 o'clock???(because of the nonworking time) and resource a finisches at 24 o'clock.

I want that the job moves until resource b has no interupt of non-working-time.

Simple,

You can adjust the working times for each task and for each resource.

for tasks just highlit it and press TOOLS>CHANGE WORKING TIMES. and choose the time you want for it. You can have different timing for each task you have in your project.

For resources Just go to the resouce sheet and highlight the resource you want to change his working time then press TOOLS>CHANGE WORKING TIMES.and choose the time you want for it. thats all doctor

I did that, but MS Project 2000 still doesn't move resources that are overallocated and work together with other resources (finish to finish of start to start)that aren't overallocated + different working times gives problemes with a 'start to start'. SS is not a must!! start but a can start if the other starts and looks then to the working time witch was different --> 2 resources starting at a different time!!???
