schedule shutdown of host.exe

Does anyone know of a goood scheduling program that will allow me to start and stop the HOST.EXE PROGRAM on a NT4 server. My HOST.exe runs in the program startup, but i need a way to schedule a shutdown.

First question, why are you running it as an application and not a service.

Second question. why do you want to schedule a shut down?
