Hello

I must subscribe an user group to a set of reports and send to history list.

At the moment it generates schedule for every day and subscribe to the user group, which means that the document is executed once by each user and history keeps in his. This implies bad perfomance.

It is possible to generate document once single and that to this can accede the different users?

Lamentably I require that the users can always accede to the history of last week.

Sorry for my bad english. :)

There should be no bad performance at all if the users have the same security. Once the first user runs the report, it is cached and added to their history list. When the 2nd user's schedule executes the same report, the server pulls from cache and just places a message item in the history list. It should be very quick. The database is only accessed by the first user, everything else happens on the server.
