Schedule Report in IWR with dynamic prompt values

We have approximately 10 reports that we pre-run for our end users based on their territories. This translates to approx. 100 reports. The reports extract data from the previous month. There is a picklist prompt for the month that we have to manually select each month to extract the correct data.
What I need help on is to find a method to select the right prompt value dynamically when I schedule the report to run monthly.

If it's a scheduled report, why not just change the filter and remove the prompt?

Nathan - If DoubleD's reply doesn't help, have a look at my reply to thread401-829522. I know that's not for IWR (which I have no experience with), but you might be able to apply the concepts.
