I was wondering if there was any way i would be able to scehdule a reminder on my form for certian records created in a table.

What I have is a list of 'audits', and each of these audits have a frequency, for example 1:yearly 2:half yearly 3:monthly

Is there a way to set a reminder so that if an audit has a frequency of 3, a reminde pops up to tell you that the audit is needed monthly. and that once an audit is done, at the end of the month, needs to be done again.

thank for your help always.

You can use code or a query to check if the <last checked date> to Date () is more than <the interval>.

build a filter string...

SELECT * FROM TABLE WHERE [LastCheckedDate] < Date-choose([Interval],365,183,31))

There are otehr ways as well, but you can use this to filter a form. Interval will have to be numeric as you said above.
