I have a few BCM 400 4.0 boxes that I have had to power down in the last several weeks to get rid of odd networking problems.

I can't find a way to schedule reboots through Element Manager like you can with the 3.7 and older systems. Am I just missing it?

No, on 4.0 the scheduled reboot was a feature that was added only a short while ago through a patch. It should be in
administration/utilities/reboot - second tab across will give you the schedule options. However if you have applied SU-21 it may have disappeared, this has happened to me on 2 systems, but anything that was patched to SU-20, it should be there.

OK, I'll have to look at my patches, because it's not there.

Try also installing the latest E.M. from your BCM, if you have been patching then make sure you do this as sometimes patches will update the E.M. as well and therefore will be a newer version.
Also check that you have Java 1.5 or the very latest.
