OK, got a NAM that is set up with athe AA to answer lines and go to CCR tree 1, set the schedule from 8:00 till 4:00
on fridays, now they want to use a night key if they want to close early (2:30). So to do this do I program the manual night services (FAQ 799-3717) and set RINGING GROUP then NEXT to SCHEDULE: NIGHT to MANUAL. Question, will this affect the schedule when not used. when key not pressed will it follow the regular shedule in the CCR Tree 1 programing. Thanks, KDB

the night ringing key only causes the voice mail to pick up immediately. It does not change the greeting that is played. The greetings are based solely on the programming in the voice mail. So, if you press the night ring key in the day- you will still get the daytime CCR.
I think that is what you are asking.

Also, go under Feature 982 and turn business closed to Y and this will play your business closed greeting all day.

I am not sure if I understand your set-up but this may help.

If your services schedule is set to operate automatically, you can invoke the schedule manually (for that matter you can disable the schedule manually)by using F871 and cycle through the choices.

Using Night schedule as an example, the choices will be to turn the schedule on manually until the schedule is turned off manually.

Pressing next will show "Night until *" This option allows you set the schedule to start now but pick up normal scheduling when it was scheduled to start. This option allows you to close the office early for a golf day but the schedule will be back to normal the next morning

OK, thats all good stuff thanks guys. Now is there any way to turn the CCr Tree off on the Non Business hours greeting. When it gos into Non Business greeting it plays and then gos right to the CCR menu. Was hoping it would go to the General delivery mailbox. Thanks, KDB
