Schedule job to save transaction logs after DB save?

Hi

How can I schedule a backup job, to backup the transaction logs, to run immediately after a save of the database?

I don't know of anyway to do that. I have a backup of the transaction logs scheduled for every 2 hours. If a DB backup is running and the transaction log job tries to start it will not be able to connect to the agent and fail. Then once the DB job completes the the next scheduled log job will kick off.
