Schedule Error in Reportnet

When we try schedule jobs or repors to run we get the following error:

CNC-SEC-3403 User account information invalid or missing in Content Manager. CAM-AAA-0146 The namespace 'namespacename' is not available. CAM-AAA-0056 Unable to authenticate. CAM-AAA-0171 Unable to authenticate because the account is expired.

It works with two admin users but that is it none of the other users. i have tried making them part of the System/Report/Server Administration but still no luck
