Schedule crystal report to all Managers in table 2

Hi All,

We have a report built in Crystal Reports 9. When the report is run, parameter-> Manager name is typed in and the report generates data for that Manager.

Now we would like to schedule this report so that the report is send in pdf format to managers' Email id. There are some 5-6 managers in Manager table. How this single report may be used to scheduled to be sent to different manager please.

We have IntelliMatch as well. But any ways to accomplish this welcome please. We are in urgent need to do this - any directions pls

Ken Hamady has a list of report schedulers available, and some include a bursting or multirun function to rerun the report for each manager and to a different destination. Our cViewSERVER report scheduler will do this for you.

I've been using Visual Cut for about four years to automate reports in PDF to email and printers. It works very well and the tech support for this product is excellent. I originally found it on Ken Hamady's list.

I hate to do a "me to" sort of post, but I love Visual Cut, it will do exactly what you trying to do. And the tech support is awesome.
