My MS Access Site:

Write a batch(command) file with a command line for ntbackup (the help file details the command line structure).
not forgetting to map drives if required and delete when finished.

Then set the scheduler service startup to automatic, start it and use the AT command to add a job.

eg:

AT 07:00 backup.bat(.cmd)

You can also use the Scheduled Tasks GUI, which is found in My Computer (double-click My Computer, double-click Scheduled Tasks).
