Schedule backup and reindexing of DB

I'm a newbie to ACT that just got a crash course not too long ago. The crash course including install and troubleshooting various problems. My mind is kinda tangled with all the info and I really don't have a clear picture. Anyways, I was wondering if there is a way to schedule the backup and reindexing of the database during off hours (2:00am). Is there something within ACT version 6.0 that will do this, a known third-party app, or has someone scripted this is some way? Any info will be helpful. Thank you.
