I need to be able to automatically transfer calls coming in on one of four trunks off premise based on the night service schedule, or based off of another schedule. 805-807 are not in any groups, and are assigned as private lines on more than one phone. 808 is assigned to an auto-log off hunt group. Any ideas?

Thanks

The only way you can really do this automatically is through an auto attendant, but it will sound really awkward to the caller. I will assume a Merlin Messaging for the example below. Make your own changes accordingly.

1) Schedule your night service accordingly.
2) Send these 3 lines to a different AA than the regular lines, if you are doing this already.
3) Have your timeout/dial 0 from the AA transfer the caller to an extension that is fwd'd to the destination.
4) Be sure to record something brief in the AA so the generic greeting doesn't come on.

The caller will hear your greeting and "transferring call...please wait" before they are transferred, but they'll get there. Other than that, it would be all manual. A call that is following a night ring list memeber will not follow their fwding and since night service is the only automatic scheduling in the Merlin, that is your only automatic choice.
