Schedule Automatic Backup of remote Switches with Ciscoworks 2000

I have been given the task of creating a backup procedure for all of our cisco switches (about 90). We do have ciscoworks but noone here really knows how to use it. Is there a way to do this with ciscoworks? If so does anyone have and documentation or know where to look? I have tried to look on cisco's website but it is not the easiest to navigate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
