Schedule and save the report

Hi All,

i am new to crystal enterprise. i want to schedule a report and save the instance on my web server. i am not sure whether its possible or not.
i am using crystal enterprise 10 and oracle 10


when i schedule a report i am getting this error

No default printer. File C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Enterprise 10\Data\procSched\mav.reportjobserver\~ce1ab84391711d632.rpt.

What does save the instance mean to you?

It sounds liek you're trying to export to a printer, or you don't have a printer set up on the CE server.

Set up a printer on the CE server, and try to install the same one as was used during design for the best output.

Hi Synapse,

Saving i mean setting the destination to a folder on the web server and also i have set the default printer the same one i used during designing but it still gives the same error.
