Schedule an email to be sent out

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to schedule a task so that at a certain time during the day, outlook takes a file from my network and sends out to one of my contacts? I tried Task Scheduler in windows but could not figure it out...Any help will be greatly appreciated,

This cannot be accomplished in Outlook alone. You'll need to use some type of 3rd party tool w/Outlook to accomplish this.
