I want to be able to send out a letter/email with the Clients appointment time and date on it as well as a few other fields. I have created a field called 'appointment date' which works fine in the letter, however I can't get this date to go into the calendar.
My other work round was to put the appointment into the calendar manually but there doesn't appear to be a way to get that information into a Word letter or email.
Am I going about this the correct way or am I missing something obvious?
Any help would be gratefully received.
