Hi,

Not in business objects, which is really a dumbed down reporting system.

Could be done with an application like Excel, where you could EXPORT the DATA, from BO and use VBA to import into a pre formatted and pre programmed workbook, from which all your eMail distribution can be made.

Yes, this is possible. You have a couple of options:

1. Create a separate schedule for each group. Use a parameter in the report to limit the data returned to the data for that group.

2. Use a publication - you would have to have the following in order for this to work:

a. If this is a Webi report and the users are in BO, you could define "Profiles" in the CMC for the various users that would limit the data and then use the profile to "burst" the publication. The user's email addresses would have to be included in their user object in BO.

b. For either Webi or Crystal, you can create a report that will pull the user information, including the email address, from the database along with information about which "group" each is in that will be used to burst the publication.
