I manage the PBX system for my employer. A user at one of my offices has discovered he cannot forward his phone. When I try to make modifications to his set I get an error that reads, "Error SCH8783 the monitored or monitoring set cannot be moved or deleted." I tried to delete and rebuild the set right (it was pretty bad). When I try to delete the set I get the same message. Is there anyway around this?

Hi,
The set probably "monitored" by a BFS key on another set.
If you print the set you want to change/delete you will see a hardware address in the programming (Just under the CLS if I remember correct).
Remove the BFS key on the TN specified and you should be able to change/delete the set.
