SCH1434 While Creating new CDN in LD23 1

Good day everyone,

I am stuck while creating a new cdn in LD 23 and get following error at the RPRT print.. when entered YES.. I got SCH1434.

SCH1434 RPRT cannot be made Yes for more than 240 queues if:
a) SCB is configured
b) ADS is configured and MAX is using a protocol <=.RLS23_PROTOCOL.

I further checked it and we don't have SCB setup, so ADS printout is below.. please advise how to get around this..?

AID YES \\If YES, the switch is in Agent ID mode. If NO, the switch is in Position ID mode.
IDLB 0001 \\Agent ID number lower boundary. The range for xxxx is 0001 to 9999\IDUB 9999 \\Agent ID number upper boundary. The range for xxxx is the IDLB to9999\LOG 490 \\xxx is the maximum number of agents that can be logged in simultaneously on the Meridian 1 switch. The range is 1 to 999\
Please advise if I need to change in Directory Services block or it does not matter.. just a reportig and go ahead and try to acquire the cdn in Genesys..

I have programmed more than 250 ACDNs.. is that a problem..?

Do you have any ACD Queues that do not need RPRT=YES It appears that is an upper limit, as you posted.

Prior to Rls 4, the default for all Queues was RPRT=YES, so it is worth noting that some may have been built before an upgrade but did not need RPRT=YES. Possibly just for NCFW numbers.
