I built an IDC tree to convert two DIDs to sys. #s 4950 & 4951. I hav not yet assigned either of these exts to phones. When I do a DNB on 4950 & 4951 how come I get SCH0881 for the first DN but not the second? Thank you for your help.

why you only get it on the first I don't know.

Do you getthe sch message if you do them one at a time rather than in a list?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

yes, I get the message when I do them individually. I did put DN 4950 on a phone to test it, then removed it. I never tested 4951 so maybe because it was never assigned is why I'm getting the code only on the one I assigned and then removed? I should've told you I knew what the code meant, I was just wondering why I didn't get it for the second one, but maybe that's why. I created this IDC tree and so far it's been the biggest mistake of my career in that a whole lot of strange things are happening. Thanks for your help.
