SCH0128 - TN LOCKED

I'm trying to make some changes to an M3904 phone on my Nortel Option 11C. When I go to "LD 11", I enter "chg", then "3904", then the TN "14 0 00 15". After I enter the TN#, the system comes back with SCH0128. I've also tried to OUT it, but get the same error.
If I try to use OTM, I get the error, "UNABLE TO READ STATION FILE. RECORD LOCKED BY ANOTHER USER"
Thanks for any help you can give.

SCH0128 - The terminal doesn't exist. Are you sure you are typing the TN correctly?

Post the TNB

OK, this is weird. I changed the prime DN, and now it is allowing me to work with it.
