¿Any one Know why in a MD BC11 sp8 when I try to initiate the SCEXI I have this error?

SCEXI:FEML=1-0-00-00;

NOT ACCEPTED
FAULTY SYNC CONFIG

LSU/5 instead of LSU/4 is needed to allow
TLU79 in 1-0-00 .

Is 1-0-00 a GJUL?
