SCCS Web Server Historical Reports

We are accessing historical reports using Symposium Web Server. When we try to run a report, we keep getting this error:

Operation Failed: Could not Add/Modify ScheduleJob.
Error: 0 Function Addjob to ScheduleJob (Schedule.mdb)has error

Does anyone know what is causing this?
