SCCS- Rls 4.2. My custom access classes do not wrk

Any ideas ?

I administer the SMI using the default Blue System admin group.

When I requested the installer to add the new groups according to my spec they created them. However I cannot use any of them as the level of access in each group although set does not work. The user is pointing to the appropriate class, so it should work but does not unless I move the user to use the default admin class which allows almost everything.
 
On the Member worksheet, you do see this user, but he's still unable to login?

The user can log on to the desktop SMI tool OK, they appear in the member list for the class. But seems to have insufficient privaledges to add new agents/change priorities etc. Moving them onto the default admin class gives them all they need to make changes.

i.e. class that does not work is..
Users ---- edit all users - create any type

 
To be able to create users: Edit all agents - create agents only should be enough..
Can you post the other settings from this Access Class?
