SCCS rel 5 & DB Integrator problems

Hello
I'm building some setup on SCCS rel 5.0 to send info to external MySQL DB using new DB Integrator feature (simple HDX functionality).
All scripting working just fine as aspected but there are some problems when somthing happens to external DB (or network).
When connection to external database is lost (example network problem) CPU usage on SCCS server reaches 100% and stays like that...
Does anybody face someting like that before?
