When calls come in, I do not get my CLID and Rte/Trk members, but I get a strange "649-649" in their place. I do not have any routes with this as an ACOD, and I went in and looked at the phoneset display set up, and it is correct. It is gasoline and match time?

do you get this on your InCall key or on your DN?

What is 649 define as in your PBX?

I was unlcear before. When idle agents take calls, the usually get CLID, Rte number and trunk number on the 2nd row of their display. Now they get the CLID, but instead of rte and trk it shows "649649". 649 is not defined in the switch, or anywhere else for that matter.

In the SCCS phoneset display properties, what is define for the second row and many characters per field.

It is definded as it should be, CLID#, Route #, Trunk member. 18 characters.11 for the CLID, 4 for the rte and 3 for the trunk.
