SCCS Monthly Maintenances/Support Costs to Vendor 1

Hi folks,

I'm renegotiating my maintenance contract with my vendor, and we have been paying $175.00 per month for Symposium support. It's a small call center with only 35 agents, but we have the full blown SCCS package, web client, etc.

Could I get some of you to let me know what you're paying monthly to your vendor for SCCS support? I really appreciate it.

We are paying about $210.00 per month for SCCS support . This cost covers 140 agents , vendor maintained Alliance server running 4.2 and SWC 4.5 .
