SCCS for Multi Users.

I have a problem. My company bought a SCCS version 4.0, with 900 agents. We are supplying of service and we give technical support for several companies. I would like to know, if I get to install SCCS for several companies in the same Server of SCCS.
The data of a company cannot be seen by the others in Real Time Display screen.
Do I get to separate the reports of the companies?

1. Make sure your agents are associated with supervisors. This way they can only see those agents that are assigned to them. This will help with the realtime displays.

2. On historical reports, as long as they have the ability to view the reports they can view all stats. I would sit with them and set the reports for them, then you can run them automatically and they don't need to get into the system.
