SCCS fails with year 99

I did a delta to an sccs file in January. When I try to do a get, sccs reports bad format in the line that has the date. The error number is co4. If I manually change the date to 98 and recompute the checksum, the sccs functions work properly.<br>

We are running HP-UX 10.20.<br>
<br>
Is there a fix for this?
