I am trying to delete a Desktop user but keep getting an error message:
"Failed to Delete Desktop Security Server Error.
Please, contact your administrator"
Everything associated with this agent profile has been removed (agents, skillset etc.) When the technician originally built this profile, he took an existing user and renamed the agent but used the existing Desktop login, creating a conflict.
Does anyone have a remedy for this?
